In 1995 the Delray Beach chorale established the Toddy Howe Scholarship Program. Our scholarship program is currently providing a scholarship for five college students who sing with the chorale. We call this our Young Artists Program. These students/Young Artists also serve as soloists for our concerts.

In addition to our Young Artists Program, in 2011, we added our Apprentice Program. In our Apprentice Program, we provide a scholarship for local high school students. The high school students in our Apprentice Program practice and sign with the Chorale. They also receive vocal training from the college students in our Young Artists Program. We currently have 3 high school students in our Apprentice Program.
